4th Scouts of the World Award Discovery in Singapore

It was Easter weekend and 13 Rovers decided to spend it together. It was Singapore’s 4th Scouts of the World Award Discovery Workshop held at the Singapore Scout Association (SSA). Besides the participation of 13 Singapore Rovers, SSA also had the privilege of hosting two Rover Scouts from the Scout Association of Hong Kong.
